There's a saying in the city Guangzhou: "we eat everything with legs except tables and chairs and everything that flies except airplanes." And they're not kidding. In the market we found goat heads, various types of bugs, kittens and rabbits. We weren't quite that adventuresome and restricted our diet to standard foods like fish, chicken, pigs, cows, goat, horse/donkey, etc.

Of course we also had "Peking Duck" - a Chinese delicacy.
